Gallery		 The Italian Club , a place where everyone can celebrate Italian Culture, Italian food and being Italian. With cultural events held annually we hope to preserve our heritag, which has been passed down from generation to Generation.
We too, aim to nurture the new culture being developed through the intergration of non italian members, and the revival of our sporting facilities, through involvement of youth from neighbouring areas.
Symbols of Italy

In 1946, Victor Emmanuel III's son, Umberto II, was forced to abdicate. Italy became a republic after a referendum held on 2 June 1946, a day celebrated since as Republic Day. This was also the first time in Italy that Italian women were entitled to vote.The Republican Constitution was approved and came into force on 1 January 1948
